What Happened
Notion AI Labs Melbourne brought together people from the community for an afternoon of doing, not just watching. The event kicked off with a live agent demo and a walkthrough of the three things that make an agent build actually succeed. Then came the real part: everyone built a simple agent together, before branching off to tackle their own real workflows with expert support floating around the room to help troubleshoot.
The day closed with some teams sharing what they'd made. Live agents. Real use cases.
